Our Team
Our fast bowling programme is managed by a team of expert coaches, all educated to deliver the industry leading PaceLab training system. We use cutting-edge technology to fine-tune your movements, helping committed bowlers gain on average between 5&10% in speed in their first year. We ensure that our programme is delivered at a player-coach ratio of 5:1 at all times.

Feedback, data, and progress tracking are essential for ensuring the success of your individual fast bowling program at PaceLab. We use cutting-edge sports science technology to monitor your development and keep you on the right track. At the start and end of your program, you’ll receive a comprehensive Fast Bowling Report powered by the revolutionary Pitchwolf AI Assessment technology. We also track your progress at key points throughout the year, alongside testing for bowling speed, upper body power, and lower body power. We also benchmark our bowlers using our database of over 1500 bowlers to see how they compare to the fastest in each age group. All of this data helps our coaches tailor your program, making adjustments as needed to keep you on target. At PaceLab, we empower you to take control of your journey—your effort directly impacts your results, and the more you commit, the better your progress.
